Nook Turizm ve Servis Hizmetleri Ticaret A.Ş. (the “Company”), as a customer of the Company or a person performing necessary transactions on the online sales website on behalf of our customer, obtains and processes your personal data such as your name, surname, phone number, e-mail address, address information, bank account information, credit or bank card information (your card number, expiration date, CVV number), phone ID number, navigation information (cookie, web browser beacon information, IP number-address, location, operating system), information regarding your interests, and your service preferences.
The Law on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK) No. 6698 and other relevant legislation set certain procedures that must be followed by relevant parties regarding the processing of personal data. Pursuant to the KVKK and other relevant legislation, as the data controller, our Company is obligated to inform you and obtain your consent regarding the processing of your personal data.
Accordingly, your personal data is processed within the scope of the KVKK for the purposes of:

- Recording information such as address, e-mail, and phone number to contact you when necessary,
- Concluding relevant contracts within the scope of our relationship with you,
- Issuing all records and documents that will serve as a basis for the transactions to be carried out with you in electronic or paper environment,

- Storing records, information, and documents related to the realized transactions for the periods stipulated in the legislation,

- Increasing customer satisfaction, being able to recognize our customers who make a reservation request through our website, using the data in customer circle analysis, using it in various marketing and advertising activities, and organizing surveys in electronic and/or physical environments through organizations we have agreements with in this context,
- Carrying out listing, reporting, verification, analysis, and evaluations, and producing statistical information,
- Evaluating the complaints and suggestions of our customers regarding the services offered by our Company,
- Fulfilling our legal obligations and exercising our rights arising from the current legislation,

For the purposes listed above, your personal data may be collected and processed through automatic (electronic) and non-automatic (written, verbal) means, directly by you, based on the legal grounds stated in Article 5 of the KVKK: “The necessity of processing your personal data for the establishment and performance of contracts,” “Explicit stipulation in laws,” “Compulsory requirement for the fulfillment of our legal obligations,” “Legitimate Interest of the Data Controller,” and your explicit consent.
Furthermore, your personal data may be collected and processed electronically through cookies used on our website, as detailed in our Cookie Policy, due to the legitimate interest in improving and making our website more effective.
Transfer Of Your Personal Data:
Your collected personal data may be transferred, in line with the conditions specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK, to authorized public institutions for the purpose of fulfilling our legal obligations, to our partners, shareholders, affiliates, and group companies located in Turkey and abroad in Germany and Austria for the purposes of developing and reporting business strategies and customer service processes, and to the service provider located in Turkey from whom we receive server services for the purpose of obtaining server services.
Your Rights Under the KVKK:
As a personal data owner, you have the right to:
- Learn whether personal data is processed,
- Request information if personal data has been processed,
- Learn the purpose of the processing of personal data and whether they are used appropriately for their purpose,
- Know the third parties to whom personal data is transferred domestically or abroad,
- Request the rectification of personal data if it is incomplete or incorrectly processed and request that the transaction carried out in this scope be notified to third parties to whom the personal data has been transferred,
- Request the deletion or destruction of personal data in the event that the reasons requiring its processing have disappeared, despite being processed in accordance with the provisions of the KVKK and other relevant laws, and request that the transaction carried out in this scope be notified to third parties to whom the personal data has been transferred,
- Object to the emergence of a result against the person himself/herself by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,
- Request compensation for damages in case of suffering damage due to the unlawful processing of personal data.
