Data Collection and Usage
Personal data (such as name-surname, company information, phone, address, or e-mail addresses) is collected by the company through various forms and surveys.
The company may send campaign information, news about new products, and promotional offers to its customers.
Customers can choose whether or not to receive such information when becoming a customer, or later change this selection in the account information section after logging in, or notify the company via the link in the notification message they receive.
Personal information transmitted electronically by Customers will not be disclosed to third parties, except for the purposes and scope determined by the contracts made with the Customers.
The company records and uses the Customers’ IP address to identify system problems and resolve issues or disputes that may arise regarding the service provided. IP addresses can also be used to generally identify users and gather comprehensive demographic information.
Information requested by the company, provided by the user, or related to transactions made through the company may be used for various statistical evaluations, database creation, and market research without revealing the identity of the Customers, by the company and its business partners, outside the purposes and scope determined by the signed contracts.
The company commits to keeping confidential information private and confidential, treating it as an obligation of secrecy, and taking all necessary measures and due diligence to ensure and maintain confidentiality, and to prevent the confidential information from entering the public domain or its unauthorized use or disclosure to a third party.
Security and Credit Card Transactions
A key or lock icon at the bottom line of your browser indicates that you are on a secure internet page, where all your information is encrypted and protected.
Information related to the credit card or bank account used during the reservation is encrypted with the 128-bit SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) protocol independently of the site and transmitted to the relevant bank for inquiry.
No information about the card or bank account can be viewed or recorded by the company, preventing third parties from obtaining this information under any circumstances.
To proceed to the contract signing stage, customers making a reservation for the first time must have the accuracy of their financial and address/phone information confirmed. The customer may be contacted for verification.
During customer transactions, action is taken within a 128-bit SSL security area, which is an unbreakable international encryption standard.
Crucial Note: Never write your credit card number or passwords in emails you send to the company’s Customer Service; emails can be viewed by third parties, and the company cannot guarantee the security of information transferred via emails.

The company may disclose user information to third parties outside the provisions of this “Privacy Policy” in the following limited cases:
To comply with obligations imposed by laws, decrees, regulations, etc., issued by competent legal authorities.
To fulfill and implement the requirements of contracts concluded by the company with users.
When information about users is requested for the execution of a properly conducted investigation or inquiry by the competent administrative and judicial authority.
In cases where it is necessary to provide information to protect the rights or security of users.
